Refund policy

All prints and products on the Wylderness site are bespoke and made to order. We use third-party print suppliers based around the world to fulfill all orders. Working this way saves on waste and lowers our carbon footprint as our products have fewer miles to travel to get to you. However, once one of our items has gone into production we are unable to cancel the order should you have a change of heart. Should you wish to amend an order it's important that you contact us straight away and we will do our best to catch the order, however, we can't promise that we'll catch it.

 

Returns 
As all items are produced on demand, and we are a small fledgling business, we are unable to offer returns on items. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or otherwise faulty, please send us an email, including your order number and photos documenting the issue to info@wylderness.co.uk and we will either send out a replacement or issue you a refund.

If you need to report an issue, please make sure that you contact us within 30 days after delivery as we cannot issue replacements after this.
